Any registrant, paying by credit card, will be responsible for any processing charges from Acteva or the credit card company incurred because of a cancellation of any class or course.

In order to receive a refund for any class, registrants are required to cancel attendance no less than 48 hours prior to the class. If the class is cancelled in less than 48 hours, the full amount shall be deemed due and payable to Terence Janericco Cooking Classes. At the discretion of the owner a make-up may be made the next time the class is given. If the registrant is enrolled in a single-session class Acteva or the credit card company will issue a refund for that class less any fees incurred. If the class was paid for by check a check will be issued by the Terence Janericco Cooking Classes. If the registrant has enrolled in a five-week course, and unable to make a particular class, he or she will be allowed to make up the missed class the next time that course is given. It is the responsibility of the registrant to follow up on missed classes.

Groups are required to provide a final number for each session within 72 hours prior to the event and are responsible for all enrollments at that time.
