  • Demonstration and Participation Classes

    We offer two types of teaching experiences: Demonstration classes and Participation classes. Because of space limitations and subject matter some classes have to be demonstration, but whenever possible we invite you to participate.

    DEMONSTRATION CLASSES
    In these classes Chef Janericco prepares the food, demonstrating appropriate techniques. The classes run a generous three hours and are available for groups of up to 18 persons. After the food is prepared, the students will dine on the food as a buffet in the kitchen and dining room. All materials are provided except for your favorite pen or pencil.

    PARTICIPATION CLASSES
    In these classes, the students do the cooking and, depending on the size of the class, they will work individually or in groups to prepare the menu. The students receive personal instruction on techniques including how to hold a knife, chop, dice, slice, etc. The classes are a generous three hours and are limited to groups of eight persons. After the food is prepared, the students will be seated in the dining room to enjoy the results of their labors. All of the materials are provided except for your favorite pen or pencil.
